Cutting to the chase, here's a recipe for you (in the world of the painfully honest, the recipe's not exactly for you. I'm just typing it up here for safekeeping) that I modified from, well, Buzzfeed. Let's masak masak!
Blueberry Cheesecake Bites (makes 15)
For the base, you'll need:
125g digestive biscuits, finely crushed
4 tbsp. castor sugar
85g melted butter
Method:
1.Mix the digestive crumbs and sugar together.
2. Add butter and mix well.
3. Press the mixture firmly into muffin cups to form a base.
4. Bake at 180 C for 10 minutes.
5. Allow to cool until it hardens.
Moving on to make the cheesecake, you'll need:
8 oz cream cheese
80g plain yoghurt
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Blueberry jam for topping
Method:
1. Beat the cream cheese and yoghurt together until soft.
2. Add sugar, egg and vanilla and beat until well blended.
3. Spoon onto the base into the muffin cups.
4. Bake at 180 C for 15 minutes.
6. After cooled, spread blueberry jam generously on top.
Best served chilled :)
Alternative: Spoon jam first onto the base then fill the muffin cup with the cream cheese mixture!
p/s : Supposedly cheese layer tu warna yellowish, tapi dan ter'blend'kan jam dalam mixture tu, so end up purplish. Up to you though, still tastes good 😁
