Apple Crumble Pie

Assalamu'alaikum readers!

I'm back with yet another recipe!! Ahaks, menyampah je korang kan. Tapi seriously, cuba korang try recipe ni, senang je.

Meh kita buat inti dulu. Gaulkan:   
1 pound epal hijau/merah/kuning/rainbow okay tak lawak. (dalam empat biji gitu)
Secubit serbuk kayu manis
2 oz. brown sugar
1 tbsp. tepung gandum (nak bagi pekat)  

For the crumble on top, ramaskan:  
4 oz. brown sugar
7 oz. butter
300 g tepung gandum

Nak buat custard sauce, masakkan atas api sampai pekat: 
2 sudu tepung kastard
1/2 tin susu cair
1 tin air biasa
2 sudu gula putih

Next: 
Masukkan inti dalam loyang, then cover it with the crumble. Jangan tekan the crumble.
Then bake it pada suhu 180 C for 40 minutes.
Let it cool before serving with custard sauce.

Hasilnya... (without the custard sauce though)
